About Me
I originally moved to Park City in 1999 to take a full time job riding and training show horses. I became intrigued by the real estate market in Park City and the surrounding areas, and obtained both my Real Estate, and Mortgage Loan Officer license at that time.
I quickly discovered that my passion within the industry was as a REALTOR, I truly enjoy helping people find their dream home. Whether you are just looking for that first home, searching for a multi-million dollar acquisition and development project, or in pursuit of that perfect horse property or ski condo - put my expertise in the real estate markets of Park City and the surrounding areas to work for you.
Credentials and Areas of Expertise
I put a high value on the time I can spend continuing my education to better serve my clients. I specialize in the resort and second home markets of Park City, as well as acreage and horse properties. Some of my designations include:
ABR (Accredited Buyer’s Representative) - I am passionate about helping people find their perfect home, and am very well educated in the technicalities of the Real Estate Purchase Contract that can help to protect your interests as a buyer.
ECO Broker - I am very concerned about the environment. This designation class gave me the chance to learn how I can put my expertise in the Real Estate Market together with knowledge on energy efficiency, environmental hazards, and other benefits of owning a “green” home to make a difference.
CNE (Certified Negotiations Expert) - This designation deals specifically with negotiating strategies and styles. As a CNE, I have experience negotiating with all types of people, and can use this knowledge and experience when representing you at contract time.
E-PRO - With my background in Computer Science, this class got me up to speed on the best ways to market homes, communicate with clients, and stay in communication online. My website attracts a lot of traffic, and works as an excellent resource for buyers, sellers, and people that are just curious about Park City, and the market.
SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist) - This designation class specifically related to the unique needs of Senior Citizens in the Real Estate Market. From one-level living to reverse mortgages, I can help you and point you in the right direction!
Other Education: I take as many continuing education classes as I can to further my expertise in the great world of Real Estate. I am currently working on the Resort and Second Home Specialty designation, CRS, and I’m in school for my brokers license.
Interests
Although I don’t get a chance to ride as often as I would like, Horses are still one of the loves in my life. I have also been training, teaching, and competing in Karate for about 16 years.
In the summer you can find me early in the mornings out wake boarding, water skiing, and most recently, Land-locking (surfing behind a boat) on one of the lakes near Park City. In the winter- I spend every free day I get skiing one of Utah’s awesome resorts!
